We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and ensure the retreat experience remains sustainable for all involved.

 

• Cancellations Before March 1, 2025: A full refund will be provided, minus a $50 administrative fee.

 

• Cancellations Between March 1 and April 15, 2025: A 50% refund will be provided.

 

• Cancellations After April 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued, as preparations for the retreat will be finalized.

 

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval. Please contact us at least 7 days before the retreat to arrange this.

Schedule Overview

 

This retreat is thoughtfully designed to balance guided activities and Brainspotting with free time, allowing you to recharge, reflect, and connect with yourself and others. Each day offers opportunities to explore themes of healing, introspection, and expansion while embracing the beauty of nature.

 

• Thursday: Begin your journey with a warm welcome and an opening circle to set intentions and connect with the land and fellow participants. 

 

• Friday: Focus on reflection with morning meditation, group discussions, and gentle activities to explore what is emerging within. Enjoy free time to hike, relax by the lake, or simply rest.

 

• Saturday: Expand into your dreams and vision with inspiring activities, including a vibrant evening of drumming and connection around the fire.

 

• Sunday: Conclude your retreat with a meaningful closing circle to reflect on your experience and takeaways to carry forward.

 

There’s ample time throughout the retreat to enjoy optional activities like hiking, kayaking, journaling, and relaxation, ensuring you can tailor your experience to your needs and goals. Whether seeking connection or solitude, each moment is designed to support your personal growth and rejuvenation!

Accommodations

Our cozy, rustic lodging options are thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, connection, and a deep immersion in nature’s beauty. Whether you stay in the main lodge or the private lodge, your accommodations will support your healing and renewal journey.

• Main Lodge:
  The main lodge is the hub of activity and provides shared accommodations with charm and convenience:

  • Three bedrooms with two twin beds in each, ideal for shared stays that foster connection.
  • Two bedrooms with bunk beds, perfect for small groups or individuals.
  • A shared bathroom and shower is located within the lodge for easy access.

 

• Private Lodge:
  For those seeking solitude and a closer connection to nature, the private lodge offers a peaceful retreat. Please note:

  • The private lodge does not have a bathroom, but guests have options:
    • Use a waste solution bucket provided upon request for convenience.
    • Step outside to embrace a nature-friendly option.
    • Walk approximately 50 feet across grass to access the main lodge’s bathroom and shower facilities.

• Guests staying in the private lodge will need to walk approximately 50 feet across grass to access the main lodge for bathroom and shower facilities.
• A Ranger vehicle is available to assist guests in navigating the property as needed.
• A spiral staircase connects some areas of the retreat space.

Our retreat is nestled in the rolling hills of Wisconsin, between La Valle and Mauston—a truly serene escape from the everyday.

 

 

Closest Airports:

 

• Madison (MSN): About 1 hour, 10 minutes away. Complimentary one-time pick-up and drop-off are available for your convenience.

 

• Milwaukee (MKE): About 2 hours, 15 minutes away. A car rental is recommended for those flying into Milwaukee.
